Jewelry, adorned with gemstones, has been traced back to the ancient Egyptians.  It gave them power, health, and security in the afterlife. Today we wear jewelry for the pleasures it gives us in this life.

     Each piece I create is a one-of-a-kind wire sculpture. Each one starts out as a lonely gemstone, a crystal or a piece of fused glass. Every stone is wrapped with 21 or 22 gauge square dead soft sterling silver or gold filled wire. The wire is strengthened, shined, often twisted and cut into various lengths and paired up the gemstone it is about to become one with. Most of the stones I use are natural stones. However, a few are man made creations. I use only Swarvoski crystals as accents.  The findings and chains are all sterling silver or gold filled. The earrings are created using Swarvoski crystals and cubes and sterling silver findings.
